The roof, the panel, the furnace, the plumbing, with a Canadian dollar range against each thing it flags and the question to ask. It is free, impartial and not a home inspection. It sends people to you already knowing what they want looked at, what the house does to their budget, or which houses are worth a Saturday.
What your clients get
They paste a listing, or just the photos, and in about a minute they have a read on the bones and the appearance of the house, the things the photos could not show, and a checklist for the showing. Every flag traces back to a sourced guide, and when Casaroo cannot see something it says so instead of guessing. It flags, it never clears, so nobody hears from us that a house is fine.
Then it points them at one person: you. Your page names your business and nobody else's, links to the page that takes a booking, and says in plain words that nothing on the site replaces a licensed inspection.

Questions
Does Casaroo send my client to someone else?
No. Your page names one business, yours. Casaroo has no directory, no ranking and no other partner on your page. The report a client runs from your link carries your name and your booking link, and nobody else's.
Does Casaroo replace a home inspection?
No, and it says so on every page. Casaroo reads photographs and listing text, flags what is worth checking and never clears a home. It sends buyers into an inspection knowing what they want looked at, which tends to make the inspection more useful, not less.
What does Casaroo do with my client's details?
Nothing without their say so. On the Partner plan you are told that a buyer from your page ran a check and what they looked at, never who. Their email only reaches you if they tick a box on the report asking us to pass it along. Our privacy policy says the same thing at more length.
What does the buyer see?
A line at the top of their report: shared with you by your name at your business, with your booking link. It is there for 30 days after they arrive from your page, on every check they run.
Can I cancel the Partner plan?
Yes, any time, and your free page stays up.
Who we are
